Preparation1. Marinate the chicken and mushrooms with oyster, soy sauce and sesame oil. 2. Wash the rice and place the rice in the condensate steam tray or use a serving vessel of your choice. Add one cup of water to the rice. 3. Place the chicken, mushrooms and sausages in the rice. 4. Steam at 100°C for 20 minutes. 5. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
