Acceptance of repairs

When you buy a Miele appliance you choose longevity and the best in quality. If, however, you require any help, Miele Service can provide rapid and reliable assistance.

Repair Booking

If you would like to book a Miele service technician to repair your appliance, please make an appointment by calling +65 6735 1191.

Miele Singapore is the only sales subsidiary of the brand and company Miele & Cie. KG in Singapore. To guarantee the highest standards of safety, we only import and sell Miele appliances in Singapore which have passed all necessary safety requirements, based on Singapore’s governmental regulations.

We strongly encourage our customers to purchase Miele products from our authorised channels. Miele Singapore retains the right to refuse activation of warranty, after-sales service and maintenance for products purchased from non-authorised channels (including parallel imports). Customers will be asked to provide an original invoice and a serial number of the respective appliance to enjoy the product warranty for repair, maintenance and any other after-sales services.

Service charges

Effective 1st Jan 2024, the first and second appliance service charges will be S$167 and S$137, provided that the need is within the same visit and at the same address. The above prices are inclusive of GST.
